verizon fios, bill went up to $74 for internet only, called, and offered $54 for 24 mos

my fios internet only 24 mos deal of $ 29 just ended, and my bill went to $ 74 a month for internet only. I just called and accepted an offer for internet only, 50 down/up for $ 54 a month for 24 mos. i will be getting a new router to get the speeds. i am happy.

ymmv but worth a shot. Wasn’t that tough of a sell..call lasted 3 minutes maybe.
