ETA: They appear to be getting slammed, you might want to wait and try later, to see if it works better.
Another ETA: Try wayyyyyy later, main website is down, get an “Error establishing a database connection” on home page, and “500 Server Error. A misconfiguration on the server caused a hiccup. Check the server logs, fix the problem, then try again.” on product page.
Looks like it’s broken.
3/31 Update: Alternate method (Facebook). Hippo Sak posted the following: “Hippo Sak “Yes, our website has been receiving a record number of requests for samples and it is causing technical issues.
