To order, you call1-866-556-7310and ask for Sprint Wifi Connect Router in order to better take advantage of wifi calling function of your phone. I assume you have to have at least one wifi calling enabled phone on your account in order to order this router.
Do not let them transfer you, if you are transferred, then the rep doesn’t know the deal. Hang up and call back again. Other department can not order this yet (except for maybe a supervisor of Retention department). The number provided is to the Airave department. They can tell you whether you qualify and order it for you.
